Hey Team! My name is Samantha Wiese and I come to you all the way from Sydney Australia where my gym was the sun, sand and surf until I moved to Canada in 2004. It was then that I really started to focus on my fitness and health.
I was a “bigger” kid growing up and we all know that kids can be ruthless, so I never really had a great body image or confidence growing up.
I hired my own Personal Trainer in 2010 and did a TV show called The Last 10Lbs Bootcamp! This is what got me started and I wanted to inspire people just like me who thought that they could never transform their health and fitness. I jumped onto the BCRPA Personal Training Certifications and from there, my journey to motivate and help others with their own fitness and health journey’s began.
